写実的な雁の姿それぞれに純銀の高肉象嵌が施されており、

香炉の蓋である火屋（ほや）には、飛翔する雁のシルエットが透かし技法によって表現されています。

This is a three-legged incense burner inlaid with a design of geese under a full moon in red copper by Kuroda of Kyoto, Japan.

Each of the realistic geese is inlaid with pure silver.

On the hoya, the lid of the censer, the silhouette of a wild goose in flight is expressed by the openwork technique.
